FC Series Thermostatic Fan Control

The Middle Atlantic Products proportional thermostatic fan controller extends equipment life and reduces service calls by varying the fan speed of up to four fans based upon temperature. The fan controller has 3 temperature ranges and can be set to operate the fan speed either proportional to temperature, or to come on full speed when the temperature threshold has been reached. This UL Listed device can also be turned on or off via a local switch, and includes status LEDs. The fan controller can be mounted to rackrail brackets or any flat surface, and is also available as an MPR series module and is manufactured from galvanized steel with a durable min-spangle finish. A temperature probe is provided with a 5 ft. wire. This controller is designed to work specifically with fans that are offered by Middle Atlantic Products, or other fans with similar specifications. Our fan panels fit all 4 1/2" fans. 3 rackspaces (5 1/4") high, they are made from 16-gauge flanged aluminum. Offered in a textured black powder coat, or brushed and black anodized finish.

Filter Kit

Made from 18-gauge perforated steel, our washable filter is 1" thick and mounts directly over fans, or it can be used as a filtered vent panel. Black powder coat finish, 3 spaces (5 1/4").

Top Options

All MW series tops include a removable, aluminum, 2 rackspace service plate, which allows for easy drilling for cable bundle entry or use of rack panels (shown removed for clarity). The MW-4FT and ERK-4FT feature laser knockouts for up to 4 or 3 fans respectively. The NEW MW-LA allows 6" & 12" wide cable ladders to be installed from any direction using provided J-Bolts.
